I hope you are all excited for this Sunday’s Christmas Showcase.

The dressing room area will be open at 2:30pm Students should arrive no later than 3:00pm and be ready with their hair and makeup already complete.

Make-up is basic: blush, red lipstick, brown eye-shadow, mascara and dark eyeliner.

Hair is as listed in the costume requirements document attached.

Please send you dancer to the downstairs hall with their costume items. We will have supervisors to take care of the kids during the show.

Please SIGN IN your child when you arrive.

If your dancer is arriving to the hall in their costume please send them with a change of clothes. It is also recommended that they bring an activity to do while backstage.

Dancers with quick changes should have their costumes and shoes set in the backstage area prior to the show. Please see the attached quick change document. Quick changes are indicated in red.

Dancers will not be allowed in the audience area in costume.

Please SIGN OUT your dancer before leaving the hall.

The show starts at 3:30pm and will be followed by the dinner and party at 4:30pm. Please be sure to have your yellow wristbands for dinner.

50/50 and Raffle tickets will be sold prior to the show, and during the show till 4:00pm. Raffle prizes will be drawn periodically during the second half of the show.

There will be a cash bar open at 3:00pm

Parking is permitted only at the Polish Hall. Please DO NOT park at Goodness Me. If you or your guests cannot find parking please park in the studio parking lot and along the side driveway towards Ardent automotive and walk over to the hall from the studio.
