We have sent this in email form as well, but thought it was best to also post.

This year is the first year since our very first season where we were unfortunately unable to book a weekend recital date at our current venue. Several parents and students have reached out with conflicts for the Monday June 10th recital date. We have been diligently contacting alternative venues to find one that may be able to provide us with back to back dates for dress rehearsal and recital performance, preferably on a weekend.

At this time The Ancaster Memorial Arts Centre has some dates available. They are later in the season and would extend classes by a week or two depending on which dates we choose but before we decide to switch venues and dates we wanted to reach out to all the parents and determine what the best course of action would be.

At this time our options are as follows:

Option 1.
Our current booking: Redeemer University in Ancaster
Dress Rehearsal – Wednesday June 5th at 6:00-9:30pm
Performance – Monday June 10th at 6:30-9:00pm
- followed by the last week of classes ending on June 15th

Option 2.
Ancaster Memorial Arts Centre (Alternative Weekday dates)
Dress Rehearsal – Wednesday June 19th at 6:00-9:30pm
Performance – Thursday June 20th at 6:30-9:00pm
- final week of classes ending on June 15th (we would likely hold an in-studio rehearsal on the 15th)

Option 3.
Ancaster Memorial Arts Centre (Canaday Day Weekend Fri & Sat)
Dress Rehearsal – Friday June 28th (6:00-9:30pm)
Performance – Saturday June 29th (3:30-6:30pm showtime)
- This is Canada Day long weekend and would extend the dance season by one week of regular classes followed by an in-studio rehearsal for all students the evening of Tuesday June 25th 2024

Option 4.
Ancaster Memorial Arts Centre (Canada Day Weekend Sat & Sun)
Saturday June 29th (late afternoon to evening dress rehearsal)
Performance – Sunday June 30th (3:30-6:30 showtime)
- This is Canada Day long weekend and would extend the dance season by one week of regular classes followed by an in-studio rehearsal for all students the evening of Tuesday June 25th 2024
