Greeting Parents & Dancers

Tickets for our year end recital will be going on sale this Monday May 19th at 4:00pm!!!!
Tickets are ordered online through our website and will only be available for sale through the studio.
Please DO NOT contact the venue regarding ticket sales

The recital will be held on *Wednesday June 11th *at the Ancaster Memorial Arts Center and the show will start at 6:15pm.

Dress rehearsal will be the evening of Tuesday June 10th at the same location.

We have provided a link to an preliminary information package at the bottom of this announcement.

Ticket Reservations Online:
We will be doing the ONLINE reservation the same way we did last year. It worked out very well and everyone seemed pleased they didn’t have to make the extra trip into the studio and wait in line to select their seats. Additionally since it is the Victoria Day holiday, online reservations will make it easier for everyone to select their seats no matter where they are. There are 454 seats in the theatre which is plenty of seats but our online reservation approach also helps us monitor our ticket sales in real time to ensure that every dancer’s family is able to get tickets.

How Ticket Sales Will Work:

Step 1: Go to the ticket page on our website
Everyone will be emailed a link to our online ticketing page on our website at 4:00pm on Monday May 19th. This link will be sent via the Team App. We will also have a quick link on our website homepage. On the ticketing page you will see the seating map. Any seats that are unavailable will be marked with an X in red. The seating chart is live and will automatically update with each page refresh what is available as requests are submitted.

Step 2: Google Form reservation
-Reference the seat map and then fill out the Google form and submit your seat reservations
-All entries are time stamped and will be taken in the order received
-Miss Kristen will be monitoring the incoming requests in real-time
-In the event that any duplicate reservations occur you will be contacted immediately and Miss Kristen will sort out your reservations to make sure you get

Please make sure to input your seat requests correctly – DO NOT USE COMMAS. Seat requests should look like this -- H24 H25 H26 (1 space between each seat)

Step 3: Submit Payment
Once you have submitted your ticket reservation form online, you will be emailed a copy of your responses to reference. Please submit payment for your tickets via e-transfer to arcadedancearts@gmail.com or via cash or cheque in-person at the studio to finalize your transaction. Once payment has been submitted you will receive an email confirmation from the studio confirming your seats selected along with your receipt. Seat reservations will only be held for 2 days and after which if payment is not received your seat reservations will be relinquished. All submissions of forms are time stamped, so first online first serve.

Step 4: Pick Up Your Tickets
We will notify you when your tickets are available for pickup at the studio later in the week.

Accessibility Seating
Row K and the low side balconies (Row U) are good for persons who require more accessibility for wheelchairs etc. as they have no stairs. Additionally most patrons use the entrance to the theatre that is close to Row T Seats 1 through 10 or Row K seats 1 through 7 for those patrons who wish to be close to the entrances/exits.

Ticket Prices: *
Adult tickets = $30.00
Child tickets = $20.00
Dancer tickets = $10.00
*Tickets for dancers who are only in 1 half of the show
**all prices include HST already

An approximate show order will be completed and will be sent out this Sunday (for those wishing to determine if they should purchase a dancer ticket for a dancer only in one half of the show)

DVD and flower orders will be done separately at a later date.
